Ignite was born out of the idea that education should be
accessible, personalised and integrated for everyone.

Founded out of a bedroom in London, Ignite was created to allow anyone enter the career of their dreams. The need for re-skilling, up-skilling and life-long learning is more pertinent now than it ever has been. Changing job markets and rapid technological advancements mean the need to have an agile and dynamic skillset is paramount in meeting employability needs of tomorrow.

In 2024, 62% of UK companies reported difficulties finding people with the right skills. Yet today, the post-18 education landscape offers fragmented, inaccessible and archaic solutions. Too many universities offer outdated courses. Online learning courses are overpriced and inaccessible. Apprenticeships are too few and often too junior. There must be a better solution.
